4. Learning Platform

a. The misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: the addition of adult content, mining personal data from user profiles, cheating in learning rankings, and engaging in any activities aimed at harming users in any way.

b. TsukiGakkou does not sell access to the learning platform. The learning platform is a bonus for those who support our project through Patreon. It is not our website's responsibility to provide any personalized services. You are not purchasing anything; you are simply assisting our project.

We expect all users to utilize the learning platform responsibly and respectfully.

5. Access Restrictions

a. Access to the learning platform is exclusive to monthly Patreon subscribers. Administrators and testers have unrestricted access and are not required to pay regular monthly subscription fees.

b. At the end of the beta period, all users who have used the tester code to activate their accounts will be reverted to regular accounts.

c. The beta period is not defined and may end suddenly. Therefore, please note that testers do not have permanent access to the study dashboard at any time.

d. Beta phases come and go at different or remote dates, which means that your last code may not be valid in the next phase.

6. Termination

a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site and its Services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason.

b. In the event of prolonged account inactivity, specifically, if a user has not logged in for a continuous period of three months, we reserve the right to delete all data associated with that account from our databases. This action is taken to ensure the protection and efficient management of our users' information. We encourage users to log in regularly to maintain their accounts and prevent data deletion due to prolonged inactivity.

6. Codes

a. Each code is intended for use on a single account, so it's important not to share your code under any circumstances.

b. We do not assume responsibility for your code. In the event that it is redeemed by someone else or if you misplace it, we are not obliged to issue a replacement.

c. Promotional codes are not available for purchase and do not constitute a product; they are extended to you as a gesture of goodwill by our staff. No specific entitlements to these codes are granted.

d. Please be aware that the benefits associated with these codes may be revoked by our staff at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
